In the heart of Vianden, beneath the silhouette of the majestic Vianden Castle, stands a house that has lived many lives.

Our Hippie Castle is not just a place to sleep. It is a medieval house — one of the oldest in town — respectfully restored with love for stone, wood, irregular floors, and the poetry of time. We preserved the soul. The walls breathe history. The structure remains honest. The materials remain true. And then… the hippies moved in. Not to destroy it — but to soften it.

The concept of Our Hippie Castle is the meeting of two energies:

The guardian of heritage — protecting medieval architecture, respecting old materials, keeping the authenticity intact.

The bohemian spirit — relaxed, sensual, easygoing, artistic, open-minded.

It is not a museum. It is not a hotel. It is a living house. Inspired by the spirit of Imagine by John Lennon, Hippie Castle believes in shared moments. In conversations between strangers. In wine shared at a large table. In stories exchanged between travelers.

You enter and you choose:

There are four private rooms. Each one has its own personality. Each one tells a story. But they all belong to the same idea: A medieval house taken over by gentle bohemians. '

Mayke – your host

Mayke is the warm heart of MyQ and, together with her team, the driving force behind the daily operations of all locations. With her natural sense of hospitality, she ensures every guest feels welcome from the very first moment. Her journey in Luxembourg began unexpectedly, when she instantly fell in love with the charm, nature and atmosphere of the country. Today, she and her team welcome guests from all over the world with personal attention and genuine care.

Pascal – the creative mind and visionary

Pascal Zimmer is the creative mind and visionary behind MyQ. With a deep passion for historic buildings, design and storytelling, he brings hidden gems back to life. He sees potential where others might not and transforms spaces into unique, characterful environments where authenticity and comfort come together in a natural way.
